SS Tracker

The SS Tracker is our online tool for tracking and evidencing the progress made by young people with SEND, with a particular focus on non-academic outcomes. This allows MATs, schools and young people themselves to recognise and demonstrate progress that is not captured in traditional performance measures.

The SS Tracker is a web-based application for schools to monitor the progress of pupils with SEND against any development framework.

Developed alongside special schools, the SS Tracker provides the flexibility for you to define your assessment criteria and measurements. You can then interactively analyse progress and produce reports to share with staff, parents and pupils.
